The arm sleeves have always been the focus but as you can see in this picture from the Haiti concert Chris is shirtless and loving the chest tat. Eve the rapper is known for her chest tiger paw tattoos but in these pictures of her and actress Taraji P. Henson you can see the arm tattoos. The ribbon on her shoulder seems to be the newer one and probably has some type of emotional meaning.
